At new shooters seek improvement many times they find themselves making massive improvements in short periods of time. At some point, however, that rate of improvement begins to slow and it can be frustrating to figure out where to go next or how to even figure out what needs work. Enter Scott Jedlinski. One of Scott’s many passions is diagnostics and guiding shooters to a better understanding of their own body mechanics and abilities regarding shooting. In this episode he shares with us his insights on building self-awareness in shooters and helping them come up with strategies to improve their own performance. It’s an episode chock-full of strategies for identifying places of strength and weakness and how to work them to a new and improved level.
