“Bunny Ears” For Easter, With “The Gun Lawyer” (Podcast – Season 3, Ballistic Radio Episode 106, April 5th, 2015)

“I’m not saying national reciprocity is necessarily a bad thing, but when the federal government starts meddling with things, it does make me nervous. Because, quite frankly, I don’t think they do anything efficiently” – Derek Debrosse

Bunny ears are flying everywhere in this episode that, coincidently, falls on Easter. Joining us in studio for all these flying bunny ears is The Gun Lawyer himself, Mr. Derek Debrosse.  Derek was the very first guest we ever had on the show, so there’s been plenty of time to come up with things to discuss. So, what exactly did we discuss, might you ask? We talk about; stand your ground laws, duty to retreat, castle doctrine, the 2nd Amendment and moving toward a pro self defense side of things, national reciprocity, and NFA items. That’s not all, though. Derek gives us his take on talking to the police after a self defense shooting, and some things to keep in mind as a concealed carry permit holder. As well, he highlights the advantages of training from a legal standpoint. I promise the legal jargon was kept to a minimum, so all you non-laywery types, don’t be afraid to take a listen.
